Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Marshall Proving Grounds buildings in a safe and efficient manner through facilities maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Respond to safety system and building automation notifications and emergencies, including occasional after-hours/weekend/holiday response.
  • •Perform system repairs and maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, fire and lighting.
  • •Oversee and collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders (Facilities Manager, EHS, and coworkers) supporting facility operations.
  • •Assist EHS initiatives and complete related environmental health and safety maintenance activities while complying with Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma or GED.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience in plant or R&D facilities maintenance.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now and in the future.
  • •Ability to safely operate facility maintenance equipment (e.g., drills, saws, grinders).
  • •Strong understanding of and ability to implement and maintain safety and environmental requirements.
