Test Engineer

Develop and deploy probe and final test programs for highly integrated multi-rail power management devices. Create test plans, ATE test and characterization programs, and ATE hardware interface boards; debug and correlate silicon results with bench data and support failure analysis. Analyze yield fallout, optimize test time, and define test strategy for new motor controller/driver products while collaborating with design and production teams to release to volume production.
