Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage 3-5 Engineers and hire 3-5 more across multiple teams with varied specializations (Product, Site Reliability, Design).
  • •Provide feedback on product and technical specs to help engineers identify scope and quality improvements, while coaching ICs to reach the right decisions.
  • •Grow engineers to own large, loosely defined projects and deliver with minimal intervention.
  • •Hands-on involvement: debug customer issues, ship small bug fixes, and improve developer experience when needed.
  • •Propose and lead department- and company-wide initiatives to improve efficiency and interviewing processes.
