Key Responsibilities

  • •Take patient orders and deliver meal and drinks service with excellent customer care.
  • •Use an electronic ordering system, then ensure meals are prepared by hospital kitchens and sent to wards for delivery.

  • •Maintain awareness of special diets and follow hygiene and safety practices.
