Job Summary

Lead global ICT/IT support operations by liaising with customers and business users, analyzing technology requirements, and ensuring seamless integration for digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with customers and business users to analyze solution and technology requirements in a way that promotes customer satisfaction.
•Provide ongoing ICT support (IT network and systems) to support digital transformation and seamless technology integration for operations teams.
•Share ICT trends and industry best practices with customers and professionals to drive continuous improvement.
•Plan and execute Connected Service projects aligned to customer requirements and strategic objectives.
•Investigate building trend data, identify issues, and deliver proactive, measurable customer outcomes using Connected Services (e.g., Forge, BPS), including daily customer site reviews.

Key Requirements

•Solid hands-on experience with IT systems and networking, including troubleshooting in a Microsoft server environment, TCP/IP, and switch/firewall configuration.
•Understanding of cybersecurity risks and mitigation strategies.
•Knowledge of IT service management methodologies (such as ITIL) and related processes.
•Basic understanding of IoT, Big Data, cloud technology, and mobile applications.
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business/Information Technology/Computer Science (or related) plus at least 5 years of experience in project management related to network/systems administration or IT security management.
