Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership while continuing as a hands-on individual contributor.
  • •Experience supporting and navigating large, complex codebases in a collaborative team environment.
  • •Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
  • •Experience in air and missile defense domains (e.g., sensor fusion, multi-target tracking, threat classification, kill chain, or command-and-control systems) and foundational ML/applied math/engineering topics.
