Key Responsibilities

  • •Write the onboarding and education playbook for external agent engineers to Sierra’s Agent SDK
  • •Develop and deploy AI Agents as an Agent Software Engineer, building expertise in agent development
  • •Lead the creation and execution of external developer training and enablement programs
  • •Build scalable infrastructure and content, including technical documentation, onboarding paths, and hands-on repositories for SDK adoption
  • •Collaborate with marketing to publish developer case studies and success stories

Salary: USD 175,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of hands-on software development of highly technical products or developer relations roles
  • •Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a desire to apply them in hands-on training sessions
  • •Strong technical skills and familiarity with modern software development—especially developer tooling, SDKs, and APIs
  • •Demonstrated experience in designing and executing technical training, certification, or community initiatives
