Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and execute business strategy by translating objectives into financial plans, targets, and actionable insights.
  • •Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management with KPIs and dashboards.
  • •Provide accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis to local, regional, and Group stakeholders, challenging assumptions to enable data-driven decisions.
  • •Support commercial decision-making across pricing, contract negotiations, customer profitability, investment proposals, and capital expenditure.
  • •Ensure governance, risk and compliance through robust financial controls; oversee treasury/cash flow and lead technology-enabled continuous improvement across ERP, HR, finance, and operational systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience with end-to-end operational financial processes, including implementing financial and system controls in a medium-sized business.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience reporting to senior stakeholders (e.g., CFO, CEO, Board of Directors).
  • •Advanced IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
  • •Certifications such as ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, analytical/numerical capability, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
