Key Responsibilities

  • •Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana vehicle inspection/reconditioning centers.
  • •Work within a fast-paced production environment to keep vehicles on schedule.
  • •Complete job tasks while following safety procedures and using required protective equipment.
  • •Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience (auto body preppers).
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment/PPE including items such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
