Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute contract management throughout each contract’s lifecycle.
  • •Complete contract review and acceptance and support proposal planning and proposal preparation activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies; maintain contract documentation and compliance records.
  • •Negotiate complex contractual terms with government agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
  • •Provide contract briefs, guidance on ASDEFCON requirements, and risk mitigation strategies for program managers and executives.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant contract management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Australian Government contracting, including ASDEFCON, Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs), and/or Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF).
  • •Experience managing the full life cycle of various contract agreement types.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication plus strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
