•Provide daily hands-on automation support to Operations and Facilities to sustain safe, stable, efficient manufacturing.
•Lead and execute automation capital and improvement projects, including design, programming, testing, commissioning, and lifecycle support.
•Design and implement structured training programs to strengthen automation engineering and integration workforce capability.
•Align IT/OT infrastructure, control programming, and automation equipment to established company standards and architectures.
•Ensure automation work follows safety, environmental, and good manufacturing practice requirements, and communicate technical information to partners and leadership.

•Experience reading and interpreting safety rules, blueprints, electrical schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and equipment manuals.
