Key Requirements

  • •Be a senior-most individual contributor (Staff level) or hands-on technical founder who consistently builds in the codebase.
  • •Own a critical domain or system end-to-end at high scale (or at a high-velocity Series A–D startup) and explain key technical decisions you made.
  • •Demonstrate deep technical credibility by driving major decisions across teams without relying on direct authority.
  • •Use frontier AI tools daily and rebuild your workflow around them (beyond basic copilots).
  • •BS/BA in Computer Science required; MS or PhD a strong plus; committed to working onsite in San Francisco.
