Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Supervisor in managing assigned posts, team members, and daily security activities.
  • •Coordinate with guards/post personnel during shifts and ensure duties follow post orders.
  • •Monitor access control points and related site security activities (visitor/contractor entry, badge verification, vehicle movement, gate pass activity, reception security when assigned).
  • •Conduct routine checks, patrol verification, post inspections, and follow up on minor operational issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations in an industrial, manufacturing, corporate, or large-scale facility environment.
  • •Experience as a team leader, senior guard, post in-charge, security receptionist, or similar role is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of access control, visitor management, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures is preferred.
  • •Security license, first aid, fire warden, safety awareness, or emergency response training is preferred where applicable.
  • •Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays and support urgent operational requirements as needed.
