Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap, managing milestones, critical path, and cross-workstream dependencies.
  • •Drive the PMO operating cadence, including weekly workstream reviews, executive steering committees, and crisp status reporting.
  • •Coordinate market-expansion workstreams across multiple regions, covering regulatory and licensing readiness, localization, and launch sequencing.
  • •Own vendor and partner workstreams for the TradFi stack, including sourcing, onboarding, and managing external partners.
  • •Define launch-readiness criteria and go/no-go gates; manage phased rollouts, post-launch retrospectives, and escalation of critical risks and blockers.
