  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, and corporate stakeholders to translate ambiguous requests into clear technical specifications.
  • •Enforce engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and system documentation.
  • •Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scale while keeping business and technical partners aligned through clear written plans and postmortems.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience, including software design patterns, APIs, and modern cloud backend architectures.
  • •3+ years of experience directly managing software engineering teams, including hiring, developing, and motivating engineers.
  • •Practical experience building applications in SaaS, workflow tools, CRM, transactional systems, or large-scale enterprise software products.
  • •Proven ability to manage a team backlog, prevent over-commitment, make resource trade-offs, and reliably ship high-quality software.
  • •Solid understanding of data security concepts, including secure IAM permissions, protecting data privacy, and shielding PII.
