Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end management of the strategic Partnership Program, designing operating rhythms such as sprint cycles, risk management, and executive readouts.
  • •Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and the partner’s technical teams, clarifying scope, forecasting resources, and unblocking delivery.
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate technical and jurisdictional risks, including data governance and enterprise-grade deployment models.
  • •Serve as the primary communications hub, producing crisp readouts for Xometry and partner leadership to support roadmap prioritization.
  • •Serve as a senior thought partner to the Director of Technology Operations, codifying TPM best practices, mentoring future hires, and updating integration playbooks using lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or Product Management with cross-functional software initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of the design-to-manufacturing lifecycle, including enterprise PLM/CAD or industrial SaaS ecosystems.
