Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Provide behavioral healthcare management for patients with serious mental illness at LA Metro clinics, including psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, and individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, longitudinal care both in person and occasionally virtually. Address medical and behavioral needs tied to social determinants of health, and educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and recovery planning.
