Job Summary

Maintain and service plastic injection molds for injection molding machines, including making parts, tearing down and cleaning molds, troubleshooting mold issues, and performing preventive maintenance. Operate tool room equipment (mills, grinders, lathes, and drill presses), support mold changeovers, and read basic mechanical drawings and blueprints. Work day shift in a manufacturing/tool room environment while following Amcor safety, quality, GMP, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Repair, modify, and service plastic injection molds and related tooling components.
•Operate tool room equipment including mills, grinders, lathes, and drill presses.
•Assist with mold disassembly, inspection, reassembly, and preventative maintenance.
•Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and blueprints; follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
•Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams; escalate complex issues and support continuous improvement (e.g., 5S, Lean).
