Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day secretarial support to a senior executive with global and regional accountabilities.
  • •Organize complex schedules, manage conflicts, coordinate meetings/events/resources, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate and arrange team meetings while keeping team records/MI up to date.
  • •Arrange travel and accommodation, manage itineraries, expenses, and processing of visa applications in line with policy and cost controls.
  • •Maintain HSBC internal control standards, observe Group Compliance Policy, and help minimize operational risk by staying aware of compliance expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven administrative or secretarial experience (or equivalent).
  • •Strong time management with planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to independently anticipate senior/executive needs and handle most responsibilities without consultation.
