Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee successful delivery of complex environmental projects from planning through execution.
  • •Direct project performance to achieve planned profit margins and consistently meet outcomes without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
  • •Manage risk and uncertainty (including projects involving RTF) and direct staff/project managers to mitigate and eliminate exposure to claims.
  • •Supervise and direct project managers running multiple projects or programs, and lead/mentor multidisciplinary project teams.
  • •Support business development through client engagement, proposal preparation, and initiatives to grow accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •Experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary environmental projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • •Strong client relationship management, including growing key accounts and securing repeat business.
  • •Experience leading project teams and mentoring project managers while managing project risk, contracts, and financial performance.
  • •Familiarity with environmental compliance, site assessment and remediation, permitting, groundwater investigations, and related regulatory programs for Texas/Permian Basin.
