Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve client issues as the primary point of contact for accounts ranging from simple to more complex, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service related to vehicle condition and discrepancies, building and maintaining positive internal and external relationships.
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with other auction departments to ensure proper movement, organization of inventory, and timely reconditioning completion.
  • •Examine vehicles in the sales lineup, complete estimates for reconditioning, coordinate and approve reconditioning services, and conduct condition reports and imaging audits.
  • •Educate and act as a liaison on auction processes, recommend and/or upsell Manheim/CAI products and services, and maintain adherence to Cox standards and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination such as 5 years’ related experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability.
  • •Physical ability and mental acuity to execute duties within required timeframes.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • •Excellent verbal and written skills; self-starter who can work with minimal supervision (preferred).
