IVR Automation Tester with Cyara

Design, develop, and execute automated IVR tests for Amazon Connect call flows using Cyara. Validate the performance and functionality of contact center solutions, including API-based inbound/outbound call simulations (e.g., with Postman or custom scripts). Build and manage test cases, plans, and suites in QTest, track defects, and report quality metrics. Partner with QA, development, and product teams to integrate testing into CI/CD and improve testing strategies.
