Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, design, develop, and/or test electronic components and systems for semiconductor and related device manufacturing.
  • •Perform definition, design, verification, review, and/or documentation for ASIC development.
  • •Determine architecture design, logic design, and/or system simulation; define module interfaces/formats for simulation.
  • •Contribute to multidimensional designs involving layout of complex integrated circuits and analyze simulation data for performance metrics.
  • •Develop ML-driven automation to explore design spaces, build predictive performance models, and run data-driven diagnosis to support design teams with solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,600 - 153,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • •Experience utilizing data analysis to evaluate memory sub-system performance.
  • •Experience automating design space exploration and optimizing performance of electronic components.
  • •Proficiency in C, C++, or Python.
  • •Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, plus Data Analytics or Machine Learning (experience may be gained through coursework, research, or internship).
