Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver global operations transformation programmes by directing globally directed projects and initiatives and embedding operational process change.
  • •Lead transformation and reengineering initiatives, including managing a large transformation programme to meet business objectives and portfolio strategy.
  • •Facilitate programme governance (RAID management, governance packs, validation with Finance, Anaplan governance oversight, change request management, JIRA housekeeping, forecast confidence, and status reporting).
  • •Oversee and mentor Delivery Leads and senior process consultants, set expectations and accountability, and ensure delivery plans and milestones are met.
  • •Drive operational performance improvements through process reviews, workshops/bootcamps, and post-deployment validation; provide commercially viable portfolio inputs and manage risks/critical paths.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years’ experience in client services, operations transformation, programme delivery, and change management, ideally in financial services.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex, multi-country, multi-stakeholder programmes with measurable outcomes across cost, efficiency, customer experience, and control.
  • •Strong ability to influence and drive decisions with senior stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
  • •Experience delivering Agile multi-disciplined teams and a practical understanding of Agile.
  • •Preferably Black Belt trained/certified plus Agile coach and Scrum Master certification; experience with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform and AI is a plus.
