Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide the technical interface with clients.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams across sub-assemblies to define the best technical compromise (hyperfrequency, electronics, mechanical, radar processing, software).
  • •Ensure early consideration of robustness and integration needs, and validate technical choices.
  • •Guarantee consistency of the upstream reference that guides development of sub-assemblies.
  • •Identify technical project risks, propose tradeoffs, validate deliverable quality, and compile client requirement justification elements (DJD).

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience (10 years) in radar systems engineering and in the design of embedded systems.
  • •Technical education from an engineering school or university with competencies required for radar system development (hyperfrequency, antennas, embedded electronics).
  • •Ability to defend technical choices to partners and clients and build tradeoffs across multiple stakeholders (technical, project management, leadership).
  • •Knowledge of system engineering tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and GIT, with a plus for MBSE modeling tools like Capella.
  • •Autonomous, rigorous, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
