Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as lead legal advisor to the CEO and executive team throughout the interim consulting engagement.
  • •Lead negotiation and legal counsel on complex enterprise deals working with sales, customer success, and finance.
  • •Support pricing and packaging for complex SaaS contracts in partnership with the CFO and commercial leaders.
  • •Advise on corporate governance practices and compliance programs (including HITRUST and SOC 2) and provide counsel to the Board and committees.
  • •Lead and develop a small hands-on legal and compliance team as a working leader and sounding board.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129 - 140 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Head of Legal or comparable senior in-house legal experience.
  • •Deep commercial and enterprise contracting experience, including negotiating complex enterprise deals in a regulated environment.
  • •Comfort operating hands-on without a large legal team beneath you.
  • •Strategic problem-solving with business judgment to balance legal risk against commercial goals.
  • •JD from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law.
