Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily maintenance and repairs across building systems and trades, including grounds maintenance and utility upkeep.
  • •Support on-call 24/7 response and assist with simple projects such as spot painting and light construction.
  • •Schedule and oversee external contractors to meet deadlines and quality standards; liaise with the City of Phoenix on permitting.
  • •Obtain bids for future projects, equipment procurement, and contracted services to optimize cost-efficiency.
