Job Summary

Support TikTok’s Scaled Growth team by analyzing business, media, and e-commerce performance data to produce insights for strategic decision-making, reporting, and reviews. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI, and collaborate with media and e-commerce teams to gather data requirements. Improve workflows through automation, perform data quality checks, create reusable tools/templates, and co-drive short-term projects with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze business, media, and e-commerce performance data to extract insights across products for strategic decision-making and reporting.
•Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media and e-commerce) to identify data requirements and deliver performance analysis.
•Identify repetitive/manual data tasks, drive process automation, and optimize data processing workflows.
•Conduct data quality checks and build user-friendly data tools/templates to enable efficient client responses, and co-drive strategic project(s).

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business, data science, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
•Experience or strong interest in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
•Comfortable working with large data sets and multiple stakeholders; eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
•Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Available ASAP, working 3–4 days per week with a minimum 6-month internship duration.
