Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the yearly QRMP audit and assist in developing procedures and corrective actions.
  • •Lead implementation of the QRMP system and operational standards to achieve targeted RCR.
  • •Monitor inventories and reconcile inventory going to and from production daily; conduct monthly physical inventories.
  • •Inspect inbound carriers to minimize loss or damage and ensure inventory is properly handled during loading and unloading.
  • •Provide leadership to Warehouse staff and partner with business leaders on process improvement via Kraft Heinz Management Systems (KHMS).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business management or a management-related field (preferred).
  • •5+ years working experience in warehouse and shipping functions in a manufacturing environment, including managing union team members over three shifts.
  • •Knowledge of GMP and safe work practices.
  • •MRP experience (preferred) and SAP experience (preferred).
  • •Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; certified Train the Trainer for forklift.
