Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and listening to needs to improve engagement with On’s products
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical information and stay informed about On’s global activities and projects
  • •Contribute feedback to store leadership to improve store processes and customer service levels
  • •Maintain visual standards in the store to deliver a premium experience for customers
  • •Assist with inventory management, placing new product orders, and fill-in orders

Key Requirements

  • •Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, fluent in Japanese
  • •Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with initiative
  • •Knowledge of product technical information and ability to communicate On’s brand philosophy
  • •Experience or interest in Running, Fashion or Sports industry is advantageous
  • •Ability to read, write and speak English or other languages fluently is a plus but not core
