Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the QA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • •Develop, implement, and own the master test strategy, quality standards, and QA processes across the organization.
  • •Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, including scope, coverage goals, and entry/exit criteria for both manual and automated testing.
  • •Manage the QA test environments, including installing, upgrading, and maintaining Linux-based test servers.
  • •Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to integrate quality standards and gather feedback.
