Develop deep technical expertise in Data Activation, CDP, and data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) to architect scalable solutions and ensure exceptional customer experiences from pilot to close.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-centric environment.
•Partner strategically with AEs to deliver tailored demonstrations and customer POCs based on requirements throughout the customer journey.
•Develop deep technical domain expertise in Data Activation, CDP, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and integration platforms across industries.
•Be accountable for the exceptional customer experience during the new revenue pilot and closing phases.
•Engage with customers daily to understand data activation needs and architect elegant solutions leveraging the Hightouch platform.

Key Requirements

•Strong technical background with experience in pre-sales or post-sales in data or SaaS, and proven ability to engage with clients to achieve business objectives.
•Experience leading and developing technical teams, with a track record of mentoring and scaling teams.
•Proficiency with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and/or APIs for data integration.
•Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud data platforms with direct end-customer engagement.
•Self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to unblock complex technical issues in client engagements.
