Job Summary

Lead program execution end-to-end, inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver KPIs and support leadership with clear progress updates. Own initiation-to-completion planning through project gateways, manage program risks and critical paths, and continuously improve program processes, tools, and infrastructure so component managers can execute more effectively. Drive compliance with company-standard procedures and coordinate related program tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspire and lead the project team to achieve KPIs for the program and its components.
•Provide regular progress updates to leadership to secure support for smooth program advancement.
•Collaborate across departments and oversee projects from initiation to completion based on project gateways.
•Conduct professional risk management and proactively resolve program critical path issues.
•Continuously iterate processes, tools, and infrastructure to empower component project managers; ensure execution and compliance with company procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
•Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including collaboration across the full value chain (PMI/OGC certifications desirable).
•At least 3 years of program management experience.
•At least 3 years of experience in New Product Development, with end-to-end insight for to-C products.
•Experience managing development of mechatronic finished products (power tools experience preferred) plus strong stakeholder and team management.
