Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspire and lead the project team to achieve KPIs for the program and its components.
  • •Provide regular progress updates to leadership to secure support for smooth program advancement.
  • •Collaborate across departments and oversee projects from initiation to completion based on project gateways.
  • •Conduct professional risk management and proactively resolve program critical path issues.
  • •Continuously iterate processes, tools, and infrastructure to empower component project managers; ensure execution and compliance with company procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including collaboration across the full value chain (PMI/OGC certifications desirable).
  • •At least 3 years of program management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in New Product Development, with end-to-end insight for to-C products.
  • •Experience managing development of mechatronic finished products (power tools experience preferred) plus strong stakeholder and team management.
