  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team, assess strengths/weaknesses, and identify improvement steps.
  • •Engage assigned team with coaching, development, and performance management; provide feedback and reinforce desired skills.
  • •Ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards; prevent and resolve conflicts.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair or reject decisions, and train associates using Quality Control standards.
