Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage bridges and structures projects from inspection and assessment through design, construction and maintenance, producing high-quality deliverables.
  • •Apply cutting-edge approaches in structural analysis, design solutions, and project controls.
  • •Present clearly to clients and colleagues through reports, drawings, sketches and conversations.
  • •Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and development of junior team members.
  • •Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in Bridge, Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •Chartered, or near Chartered/ Incorporated, with ICE or IStructE (or equivalent), with appropriate experience.
  • •Strong technical capability across inspection, assessment and design; able to supervise graduates and technicians.
  • •Proven project delivery to quality, time and budget, with effective risk and change control.
  • •Experience in road and/or rail environments.
