•Lead and manage bridges and structures projects from inspection and assessment through design, construction and maintenance, producing high-quality deliverables.
•Apply cutting-edge approaches in structural analysis, design solutions, and project controls.
•Present clearly to clients and colleagues through reports, drawings, sketches and conversations.
•Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and development of junior team members.
•Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Requirements

•Degree (or equivalent) in Bridge, Civil or Structural Engineering.
•Chartered, or near Chartered/ Incorporated, with ICE or IStructE (or equivalent), with appropriate experience.
•Strong technical capability across inspection, assessment and design; able to supervise graduates and technicians.
•Proven project delivery to quality, time and budget, with effective risk and change control.
•Experience in road and/or rail environments.
