Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and test agentic AI solutions for multi-step reasoning and workflow execution.
  • •Build LLM-based systems using tool usage, memory, and agent orchestration frameworks, including function calling and structured outputs.
  • •Develop RAG pipelines and evaluation/benchmarking to improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and raise reliability and response quality.
  • •Deploy AI agents into real business processes by integrating with APIs, databases, enterprise platforms, and applications; monitor and troubleshoot production systems.
  • •Implement engineering practices including logging, monitoring, testing, observability, and participate in code reviews; support cloud and containerized environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 45,500 - 65,000 annually
