Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise computer systems, networks, infrastructure, help-desk support, and databases.
  • •Plan and maintain data technology operations, including hardware, software, and telecommunications.
  • •Coordinate transitions from existing to new platforms and systems; monitor organizational technology needs.
  • •Lead incident remediation efforts by implementing the CBP Incident Management process and ensuring incidents are managed and reported correctly.
  • •Serve as escalation representative for incidents, manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 responses, ensure incidents are resolved and closed, and recommend ongoing improvements to the process.

Key Requirements

  • •Obtain a CBP Background Investigation/clearance; some billets may require DoD Secret or Top Secret access.
  • •Relevant certifications such as ITIL v3, CCNA, CCNP, and/or CIM.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (e.g., Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking and Telecommunications).
  • •Minimum 10+ years of senior-level networking experience administering enterprise infrastructures in large complex enterprises.
  • •Working knowledge of networking and infrastructure equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) and experience implementing enterprise-wide monitoring for servers, devices, and applications.
