Marketing Proposal Specialist

Lead proposal development for the East Region Marketing team, supporting and sometimes independently running large proposals from capture through interview stages. Coordinate proposal content, schedules, templates, compliance, and document production, including conceptual guidance on document design and writing/editing for resumes and performance sections. Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses, facilitate review cycles, apply lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement through debriefs and client feedback.
