Communicate with executives to drive consensus and measurable outcomes.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Drive multiple customer opportunities in parallel and prepare compelling proposals with technical solutions design, engagement and execution approach, timelines, and estimates.
•Lead deep discovery sessions with clients to understand key business needs, implementation use cases and technical requirements.
•Communicate confidently and pro-actively with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the pre-sales cycle.
•Bridge business strategy and technical implementation to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing marketing orchestration solutions.
•Present to and gain consensus from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs) to move opportunities forward.

Key Requirements

•Must have pre-sales experience for campaign solutions (Adobe Campaign standard/classic v7, v8) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
•Ability to design end-to-end campaign and journey orchestration across email, SMS, push, web, in-app, paid media, and offline channels.
•Experience defining real-time and batch data ingestion patterns (CDP, CRM, ERP, data lake, streaming) with data governance and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
•Strong customer-facing skills with experience presenting to senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, CXOs).
•Proven ability to architect integrations with CRM systems, CDPs, data warehouses/lakes, APIs and streaming systems
