Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop reusable CI/CD plugins and pipeline extensions in Golang for enterprise GitLab pipelines.
  • •Build and maintain shared pipeline libraries and developer platform services (orchestration, build caching, artifact management, deployment automation).
  • •Debug and resolve complex CI plugin and pipeline execution failures and platform defects reported by developers.
  • •Write unit and integration tests for platform services and CI plugins and maintain high code quality.
  • •Document plugin APIs and pipeline extension points, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to incident response; also research and evaluate new CI/CD tooling.
  • •Manage user entitlements and access tooling (Entitlement / Access Management).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in DevOps, platform, or CI/CD-focused roles.
  • •Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or a similar programming language.
  • •Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker/container orchestration.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • •Experience with security scanning, secrets management, and DevSecOps practices; strong communication across engineering teams.
