Job Summary

Optimize revenue and contribution for Etihad’s passenger and freighter network across a defined route portfolio. Use advanced revenue management systems and data analysis to manage daily capacity, adjust forecasts and overbooking, prioritize shipments, and implement recovery actions during disruptions. Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Network Planning, and Pricing to improve allocation strategy, monitor route performance, and contribute to Cargo Revenue Management development projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and control daily flight capacity for passenger and freighter aircraft, adjusting forecasts and overbooking levels.
•Prioritize shipments and implement recovery options during operational disruptions, including appropriate rebooking.
•Optimize gateway usage and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Customer Service, Sales) and the Network Planning team.
•Manage a portfolio of routes and develop revenue optimization strategy by analyzing demand and capacity trends.
•Define and maintain RM entry conditions, determine allocation strategy, monitor performance, and support RM Cargo development projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 2-3 years of airline cargo experience or related experience.
•Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
•Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
•Experience with a reputable airline preferred.
