•Maintain the accuracy and integrity of workforce data by supporting HR databases and systems such as Workday and Greenhouse.
•Support data integration and ETL processes to feed employee data sources into Celocore and visualization tools.
•Assist in designing, testing, and deploying AI-powered HR agents to automate routine people processes.
•Analyze workforce data across the employee lifecycle to identify trends in turnover, engagement, and hiring.
•Develop and distribute HR reports and dashboards in Celocore, ensuring they are accurate, secure, and accessible to stakeholders.

•Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
•Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Gemini or Claude for productivity and analysis tasks.
