Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a day-to-day advisor for SME clients by partnering with business and legal specialists to support strategy, including expanding acceptance.
  • •Advise on commercial and contractual matters, performing legal and business risk assessment and analysis from new product constructs to commercial agreements.
  • •Collaborate with internal subject matter experts on regulatory, compliance, privacy, and antitrust issues relevant to products.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience as a qualified lawyer licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • •JD (or equivalent) from an accredited law school; admitted to and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • •Complex transactional legal experience with strong drafting and negotiating skills for complex concepts, issues, and deal structures.
  • •Experience as day-to-day advisor able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
