Job Summary

Own functional support for SAP Order Management, serving as the Honeywell SME and governance lead for SAP OM support services. Drive continuous improvement across Order-to-Cash processes, manage third-party support vendors, and monitor incident trends, SLAs, and KPIs. Provide functional leadership for sales order processing, pricing/condition management, shipping, billing/invoicing, returns, and customer master data, while partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.

•Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and support partners for SAP OM support services.
•Provide functional direction and governance for SAP OM support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
•Govern third-party support vendors for incident, problem, and change management; review incident trends and root causes.
•Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments; participate in service reviews and operational governance.
•Provide functional leadership for sales order processing, pricing/condition management, deliveries/shipping, billing/invoicing, returns, and customer master data; assess requirements and guide enhancements, testing, and deployment.

Key Requirements

•6–10 years of experience in SAP Order Management / SAP SD.
•Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order management.
•Knowledge of pricing, billing, deliveries & shipping, and customer master data.
•Experience with returns management and integration with logistics and finance.
