Lead daily sales-floor efforts to achieve store goals and consistently exceed sales targets. Inspire the team to generate clientele, retain customers, and deliver an excellent customer experience with strong NPS results. Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and product receiving/removal tracking, contribute to loss prevention, and help train and onboard associates while maintaining store operational procedures.
