Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver sales and profit commitments for the team, including customer satisfaction and achievement of sales, growth, and contribution objectives.
  • •Lead sales strategy and account planning; develop annual operating plans, monitor performance against targets, and direct sales programs to achieve objectives.
  • •Manage and develop the sales team: coaching through the sales funnel, hiring input, career development, training needs, and performance management of KPIs.
  • •Own pricing and Raw Material Pass through campaigns aligned to commercial price policy to protect and defend margins.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional execution (marketing, innovation, customer service, procurement, engineering, quality, operations) and support forecasting/rolling forecast processes.
