Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and outlet equipment to ensure safe continuity of operations.
  • •Manage breakdowns and execute planned preventive maintenance to meet internal customer requirements.
  • •Review equipment deficiencies, take corrective action, and ensure equipment performs as required.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and Quality standards, including ongoing safety awareness and implementation of safety systems and safe work practices.
  • •Maintain inventories of tools, supplies, and parts; oversee cleanliness/organization in shop and storage areas; train and develop maintenance team members and maintain skills inventories.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience, including 3+ years relevant maintenance experience.
  • •Lead and supervise maintenance teams, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure safe, accurate, on-time work.
  • •Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and the ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • •Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues and develop effective corrective actions.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills; plus professional qualification in MMUP engineer registration (UPDA) or facility management.
