Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically 4 to 5 years of job-related, retail banking experience (or a combination of experience and commensurate training).
•Must obtain and maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including passing required criminal background and credit checks.
•Demonstrate proven ability to build and foster customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
•Use a digital-first mindset to identify customer needs and effectively use/demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies.
