Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and analyze data, and identify data automation opportunities to support Real Estate Operations.
  • •Create learning roadmaps and development needs assessments for job roles within Real Estate Operations.
  • •Develop training and development programs, objectives, and learning materials using multiple media formats.
  • •Train and coach managers and supervisors, maintain organizational communications about training events and resources, and evaluate training results.
  • •Update weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and implement training platforms used in REO learning and development, including OSHA; become an SME for internal REO systems such as Lucernex, Famis 360, and Ariba.

  • •5+ years of related work experience (preferred).
  • •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
