Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with individuals and small businesses as a Personal Banker on the branch team. Lead client conversations (in person and via proactive calling) to identify financial wellness opportunities, recommend tailored solutions, and open consumer and business accounts. Meet activity and sales goals, partner with branch teammates and line-of-business professionals, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and delivering financial wellness recommendations.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized guidance and solutions.
•Open personal and business accounts and support a range of deposit and lending products (e.g., checking, small business, certificates of deposit, home equity, unsecured lending).
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and document client interactions appropriately.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience; Bachelor’s preferred.
•Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) to educate clients on Key platforms and capabilities.
